The development rights for the remaining 51 units of this 344 unit
residential community were sold by the FDIC to the homeowners'
association, which in turn sold them to a joint venture between
Geometry and a prominent Boston developer. A market-sensitive
unit redesign and an improved marketing process resulted
in the rapid sale of the remaining units.
