THE WALTON BUILDING
Piscataway, NJ

Geometry Realty and a local partner acquired this 105,000 square foot,
suburban office building and an adjacent seven acre land parcel,
and successfully implemented a strategy of installing a first
class building management operation while upgrading the
building infrastructure and amenities. The building and
adjacant land parcel were sold in 2006.
