This 6-story commerical loft building, located in the Soho section of
Manhattan, was purchased for conversion to 12 luxury loft-style
residential condominiums. The property was acquired with
approvals from the Landmarks Preservation Commission
already in place, reducing the time required to begin
construction and marketing of units. Eleven of the
twelve condominiums were under contract at prices
exceeding $200,000 per unit above initial
projections, prior to completion of construction.
