This historic landmarked former hospital and assisted living facility
was purchased by Geometry Realty and a local partner at a HUD
foreclosure auction. Located in the highly desireable "Fan District"
in Richmond, the building was converted into a 118 unit,
seven-story plus basement rental apartment complex. The
sale of historic tax credits, which made the project
feasible, was completed and occupancy commenced
in 2000.
