This 130,000-square foot Class A office building serves as the New
Hampshire headquarters for Fleet Bank. Geometry Realty and its
partners recognizing the recovering New England market,
purchased the building well below replacement cost and
brought the project to 100% occupancy with various
corporate users including Arthur Andersen and
Dean Witter. The project was sold to a
Boston-based REIT.
