This 90,000 square foot Class B office building is located in the heart of
Boston's financial district. Geometry Realty and its partners acquired
the property at a severe discount to replacement cost, then
implemented an extensive capital improvement program to
upgrade the quality of the building and install a required life
safety system. Building occupancy was quickly brought
from 65% to 98% and has remained at a high level
through an aggressive tenant retention program.
The building was sold in the first quarter of
2000 to a foreign investment group.
