Formerly the international headquarters of Wang Laboratories, Inc.,
this largely vacant 1.2 million-square foot complex was considered
one of the most troubled assets in metropolitan Boston. Geometry
Realty and its partners undertook a full renovation and
re-positioning of the property, and leased the "new" space to
blue-chip corporate users such as Chase Manhattan
Bank, Siemens, News Corp., Kodak and Bell Atlantic.
Cross Point is regarded as one of the great real
estate turn-around stories of the 1990's.
