Geometry Realty’s objective is to generate attractive returns through
opportunistic investments in private real estate equity transactions. In
the broadest sense we view each deal as a pattern of acquisition,
value enhancement and disposition.

Geometry Realty has been successfully pursuing this
strategy since 1994 and has acquired and developed
real estate projects with a gross asset value of
approximately $250 million, primarily through a
series of discretionary investment funds on behalf
of a group of institutions, high net worth
individuals and family offices. Our portfolios have
included 1.8 million square feet of office and
industrial buildings, 750 apartment and single
family residential units and land suitable for
over one million square feet of commercial
development. These investments include a
mix of direct deals and transactions with
joint venture partners and have focused
on New England and the Middle Atlantic
region.
